Scott Michael Foster Marries Carson Fagerbakke in Romantic England Castle Wedding
Scott Michael Foster married actress Carson Fagerbakke on Aug. 1 at the historic Berkeley Castle in Gloucestershire, England, celebrating with close family and friends in a cinematic wedding ceremony.
A Fairytale Wedding at Berkeley Castle
The Hallmark actor and Carson Fagerbakke exchanged handwritten vows during an intimate ceremony held inside the centuries-old Berkeley Castle.
Around 90 guests attended the celebration, including the bride's father, actor Bill Fagerbakke, widely recognized as the voice of Patrick Star in SpongeBob SquarePants.
The ceremony was officiated by Carson's sister, Hannah Royce, adding a personal touch to the couple's special day.
A Love Story That Began on Set
Scott and Carson first met eight years ago while working together on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.
Their relationship steadily grew before Scott proposed in December 2024, setting the stage for a destination wedding that reflected their shared passion for travel.
The couple chose England because the country holds special meaning in their relationship.
"We were in the U.K. when we both realized we wanted to get married, so it felt fitting to come back for this moment," Scott shared.
A Cinematic Wedding Vision
The newlyweds wanted their celebration to feel elegant while embracing the atmosphere of a medieval castle.
They described their dream wedding as "classy, moody and cinematic," bringing together loved ones in a setting filled with history and charm.
The festivities began with a rehearsal dinner before guests gathered for the emotional ceremony the following day.
Personalized Moments Filled the Celebration
One of the ceremony's unique touches was the couple's decision to exchange handwritten vows.
A live illustrator was also present throughout the wedding, creating artwork that captured memorable moments as they unfolded.
Scott, who stars alongside Lacey Chabert in Hallmark+'s Paris Is Always a Good Idea, said the couple looked forward to celebrating with family and friends gathered under one roof in a place that reflected their vision for the occasion.
