Lee Jun Hyuk’s The Ordinary Jackpot Unveils First Teaser and Poster

Lee Jun Hyuk’s new drama The Ordinary Jackpot has unveiled its first poster and teaser ahead of its September premiere, introducing an office worker whose lottery win changes his outlook on life.
The TVING original series follows Gong Eun Tae, an ordinary sales team leader who has spent years working relentlessly in pursuit of a quiet, uneventful life.
His routine takes an unexpected turn when he wins the first-prize lottery jackpot worth 1.3 billion won, approximately $907,000.
But instead of walking away from his job, Eun Tae makes a surprising decision: he goes back to work the very next day.

A Lottery Win That Changes Everything

Eun Tae has built his career by working harder than those around him. Although he was promoted faster than anyone else, being the youngest team leader leaves him stuck between pressure from senior employees and demands from those working under him.
The new teaser highlights just how exhausting his daily routine has become.
He arrives at work before everyone else after surviving a brutal commute, only to find himself squeezed between competing expectations from above and below.
His title may say “team leader,” but his working life offers little sense of control.
That changes when his lottery ticket turns out to be a first-prize winner.
For a brief moment, Eun Tae imagines what life could look like if he simply quit. Instead, he decides to return to the office—and his newfound perspective promises to make his workplace very different.

“Go to Work Instead of Quitting!”

The first poster captures the unusual premise with a lottery ticket placed alongside Eun Tae’s employee ID card.
Rather than celebrating with an expression of pure excitement, Eun Tae looks remarkably calm and impassive. The image emphasizes the character’s identity as an everyday office worker whose responsibilities remain firmly in his mind even after his life-changing win.
The poster’s phrase, “Go to work instead of quitting!”, sums up the drama’s central twist.
The teaser takes that idea even further. After realizing he has won the jackpot, Eun Tae appears to find a new confidence in dealing with the workplace that once wore him down.
“I’m going to turn this company upside down,” he says, hinting at a much bolder version of the character.

Lee Jun Hyuk Leads the Webtoon Adaptation

Based on the webtoon of the same name, The Ordinary Jackpot centers on how unexpected financial freedom can change the way an ordinary person sees his career and everyday life.
Lee Jun Hyuk takes on the role of Gong Eun Tae, portraying a man whose lottery win does not immediately give him a completely new life. Instead, the experience pushes him to change the way he approaches the life he already has.
The contrast between the jackpot and Eun Tae’s decision to keep working gives the series its unusual workplace-comedy premise.
The Ordinary Jackpot premieres on TVING on September 10 at 6 p.m. KST, followed by its tvN broadcast on September 14 at 9 p.m. KST.
